1 cup warm water
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp yeast
1/3 cup vegetable oil, butter or Margarine
1 tsp essence
1 full box of Gluten free flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp guar gum
1/4 tsp salt
Combine warm water, yeast, sugar and honey (stir until all sugar granules are dissolved) set aside.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and guar gum together.
In mixing bowl combine eggs, essence and oil, beat until combined.
Next add water and yeast mixture and gradually sir in flour mixture. Beat on medium for 30 seconds to make sure ingredients are well blended.
Pour mixture into bead pan, using wet hand smooth the top and make sure mixture reaches all four corners. Cover with moist towel and leave at room temperature to rise until double in size. Just about one hour.
Bake on 375 for 30 minute or until bread is golden brown and knife inserted ion the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and leave to cool. Slice and serve as you wish. <3
